Is television a good invention, or is it one of the worst inventions of modern times? This is a question that can be argued in many different areas. A lot of people say that television is a bad invention because the shows that are aired promotes violence, sex, and many other topics that are not suitable for everyone. People also say that television separates families in their home. In many homes, there are television sets in almost every room. This can reduce the amount of time families spend together, because every member of the family can watch a different television at the same time.
Despite all of the negative outcomes from television, I think that television was a good invention. I think television is a source that keeps people updated on what is happening around the world. Although you can receive information from newspapers, radio, and the Internet, I believe that television gives you the best visual description.
