If you were in a management position and there was no one above you and you had served your whole term, what would you do? Would you say I have done my part and throw in the towel? Or would you strap up and go at it again? Had you really made a difference in the people's lives that you were leading, and were they appreciative of it? George Bush and Abraham Lincoln were two men that selected the second choice. They were both people that were very influential in the United States past and in the future. These two men both did such an extraordinary job in their first term as president that they were elected to serve a second term. Both of the terms of Bush and Lincoln started with their presentation of their inaugural speech. In these two speeches they both talk about the past and the problems they faced and the solutions to theses problems.
