We all like to rest and one of the most widespread forms of rest is tourism. Everyone can find in it something that he or she likes. Some like mountains and rivers, others like to lie on a beach or to visit museums, and certain people prefer extreme tourism. Strangely enough however tense nerves can actually help some people to remove their weariness and help them to relax. With every passing year more and more people aspire to see the beauty of the underwater world, to go down from a hillside by ski or even to jump with a parachute. This paragraph will talk about one of the most popular extreme tourism- snowboarding. Snowboarding- descent from the mountain on a specially equipped board. This sport more aggressive, active and more extreme than mountain skiing. Snowboarding as a separate kind of sports has appeared in America in the 60`s.
