Homework
Homework is assigned daily. Students having incomplete assignments are assigned a homework zero. For every two missed assignments one point is deducted from the quarter's final grade. Students are expected to keep a notebook and keep class notes in the notebooks. Notebooks are reviewed weekly.
Participation
Each student is graded on class participation and pronunciation. More credit is received if the student attempts to speak Spanish in a conversation with classmates and the teacher.
Test Policy
Quizzes cover grammar and vocabulary and are given once or twice a week. Tests are given at the end of each unit.
