Proposal for a Workshop on Writing Skills.
A few days ago a dispute occurred that demoralized our staff members, and might have ultimately led to loss of profits at Vutek. This unfortunate incident was caused by a series of poorly written e-mails, and it could have been easily avoided if the personnel knew how to communicate more professionally. I believe that by sponsoring a workshop on writing skills Vutek will help our employees, and ultimately our company, avoid future communication mishaps.
How effectively we use memos or emails can impact the way coworkers, and our clientele, consider the quality of service our company provides. I recently attended a Skill Path Seminar, and I learned that the capability to communicate competently, and assertively with people, is the most important component for accomplishment in today's workplace, as well as the foundation for supportive, cooperative work, and personal relationships.
