Plan for pulling troops out of Iraq
Currently the United States and its allies are engaged in an unjust war. In the constitution it is stated that in order to legally declare war on a nation congress must do so in a majority vote. This how ever is not the first time in our history that a president has declared an unjust war. Although it is commonly referred to as the Vietnam War, congress never declared war on the small country in south Asia.
Although we can not deny the fact that troops are currently deployed in the Middle East and will be there for quite some time that does not mean that should not be a plan to pull out within the next few years. Right now the US is in the position to enact a plan such as this. There are few people that say that the US should stay in the war until the insurgency is stopped and Iraq is a democratic country.
Right now the US is not in the position to radically pull out of Iraq and ends its occupation there. Pulling out of the country......
