Ropes Course
How are you doing? I'm doing very well. I just recently attended a ROPES course, for RLS 122 class, at CSU Sacramento. At first, I wasn't really looking forward to attending the course because it was on a Sunday morning but as the day progressed my attitude did a 180. We started the day, by doing some group activities that helped people become comfortable and have a good time. Then we broke up into smaller groups of about 9 or 10. In these smaller groups, we played games to learn each the names of our team members. I really enjoyed this because it gave me a chance to meet some new people and learn their names. The point of the game was to learn the names of my team members but also I felt it was first step towards getting to know each other better and becoming comfortable in our environment.
