Dynasty

They had power, they had strength, they had speed, and they had love for the game. With twentyfive world Championships, and twentyeight Hall of Famers (and many more to come). The New York Yankees haven't been just a franchise or just merely Legends, they were a DYNASTY.
It all started in 1903, when Bill Devery and Frank Farell spent 18,000 dollars to purchase the Baltimore club. Farell and Deverythen moved them to a hilltop in the middle of Manhatten, where they got the name as the Hilltop Highlanders. But the stadium only seated 10,000 people, and being in the middle of Manhattan, the team became very popular, and there wasn't enough room for all the fans that wanted to see them play. But the Highlanders weren't doing so well, Devery and Farell nearly broke, sold the team to Colonels Jacob Ruppart and Tillinghast L'Hommedieu for 460,000 dollars. In 1913 the Colonels moved the team to the Bronx, and changed......
