Starting High School

First day of high School
The first day of 9th grade I think, is scary for most people. Your in a brand new school, that is bigger, and your also now the youngest one there. On my first day of high school my parents assured me that it wouldn't be as bad as I thought, and not to stress out. Although it wasn't as bad as I assumed, it was much worse than my parents had promised me.
The night before school started in August I was so nervous that I didn't fall asleep until about 3 am. When I got up at 6 I anxiously got all of my things together to make sure I was at the bus stop in time. Thankfully, my neighbor Amanda, who was a junior, waited at the bus stop with me and made me feel better about my first day of high school.
As soon as I got to school I went straight to my locker to put all 6 of my books, and my laptop away, which my mom had insisted that I bring to school. Well, this definitely wasn't my day. I could not get my locker open for the life of me. I listened to the......
