Truth: God reveals himself through his Spirit

Opening Illustration:
Last week my little boy was watching a biblical based cartoon. The cartoon was about the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. After the cartoon was over he looked at his mom and made this statement. I sure am glad I watched that cartoon today. Robin knowing something else was on his mind asked him why. He said to her Now I know what Jesus looks like in case He ever comes to our church.

I don't know about you but I am like Price. I want to know what God looks like. I want to understand where He lives. I want to know what God has got in store for me. I want to know what He thinks about. I also want to understand Him when He talks.

Before I became a Christian I always heard people talking about seeing the hand of God. Or sometimes I would here people say that God spoke to them almost audibly. Man I wanted to hear God speak to me. I had so......
