Resolved that the legal drinking age be lowered to 18 years of age. There are many reasons for lowering the legal drinking age to 18. Some of these reasons include: the fact that at the age of 18 you are considered an and take on lots of responsibilities, also you do not necessarily reach your peak maturity at the age of 21, and in addition by raising the legal drinking age to 21 in the first place, lives were not saved from drinking and driving s but rather transferred to a higher age group.

One of the largest reasons for lowering the legal drinking age to 18 years of age is the fact that at the age of 18 you are considered an and take on lots of responsibilities. At 18 years of age you are judged mature enough to vote, hold public office, serve on juries, serve in the military, fly airplanes, sign contracts and get married. How would you feel if you got married and at the wedding reception you were the only one who could not drink?......
