In government, we watched a movie about the influenza flu and how it affected many people. The influenza is a bad virus that is similar
to a flu, but can result in
death. The virus started in spring of 1918 and soon later spreaded. The virus spread so rapidly because the men from the army. When
you have the influenza flu, you may appear healthy from coughing to breathing. The influenza would affect many Americans from men, woman, and
children. Children would mainly get it from parks and playgrounds. Just as germs and bacteria spread easily and children are affected by colds and
the flu, they were easily effected by the influenza virus. They were mainly affected because they were out more with unsanitized things.
There were many remedies used to combat the sickness. Isolating people in their homes helped to keep the virus from not only spreading, but
affecting others. Many times, people wear required to wear masks when going out in public. Most public places......
