Please refund my one-way, standard airfare in the amount of $655.00. I was a passenger on your flight from London to New York on Monday, April 12 2004. It was flight number 6245. A crazed passenger, who had to be detained and arrested when the flight landed, interrupted the flight. Not to mention the flight was late for arrival. I have enclosed my ticket stub for reference.
Your associates in New York informed me to write this letter and you would reward my company with a full refund in the amount of $655.00. I have never been more terrified in my life.
