Organizations are dynamic systems with multiple goals. The people within the organization, the structure itself and the physical environment are the three main factors that constitute a dynamic system. The most important objective of any organization is the ability to exist and growth. There is a theory called organization behavior than can help reach this goals and find the right strategy. According my opinion, organization behavior is a tool that can help understanding human organization through individual and social values. The theory consists in finding the perfect combination of growth, stability and interaction.
Growth and stability are directly related with taking risk. A reduction of risk would mean less uncertainty and that would make an organization more stable. Less a system is open to an external environment and higher is the level of stability. In this case, everything remains the same and no change takes place. On the other hand, growth......
