According to research studies ‘Environmental Protection Act' serves various goals and purpose in providing people a better way of living in many aspects of human life such as in business relating to housing and manufacturing industries which could provide a certain degree of positive and negative impacts in dealing to such matter of truth. It is an environmental protection act respecting pollution prevention and the protection of the environment as well as human health in order to contribute to a sustainable development in housing and manufacturing industries and that such act could also provide those said impacts not only positively but also negatively.
