Executive Summary
This report examines the antiquated inventory methods and disposition that Riordan Manufacturing, Inc currently utilizes. In addition, this report will further illustrate the benefits of upgrading the inventory process from a primitive and manual methods to a more efficient and automated system. The purpose of this report is to provide the stakeholders (Warehouse Management, Investors, and CIO) accurate and adequate information necessary for upgrading, designing, and implementing the current in-place inventory process to satisfy the increasing inventory control of materials that are stored, shipped, and received.
