Introduction :

Hewlett Packard est une société de produits et solutions informatiques d'envergure internationale. Depuis sa création, elle a su innover au fil des ans pour se faire une place parmi les grands de l'informatique. En 2002, Hewlett Packard fusionne avec Compaq. Cette fusion signe la lutte contre la concurrence et surtout contre ses deux principaux rivaux : IBM et DELL. Il est à noter que depuis cette fusion (il s'agit d'une acquisition en réalité ; le terme fusion fut surtout utilisé par les médias) avec Compaq, l'entreprise s'appelle HP et non plus Hewlett Packard.

Nous avons choisi cette entreprise en particulier, car cette dernière possède sans aucun doute l'une des cultures les plus fortes parmi les organisations de cette envergure.
