Effective management functions and leadership styles are two very important skills that are extremely important to maintain a healthy, successful organization. Organizations hire responsible leaders and dependable managers to run their company in a safe, professional way. Managers and leaders have different roles/responsibilities and characteristics. Managers can be trained to become effective future leaders for their companies. Understanding the difference between management and leadership can sometimes be confusing to people.
