James Kouzes
Jim Kouzes is chairman emeritus of tompeters!company, a professional services firm that specializes in developing leaders at all levels. He's also an executive fellow in the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, and a member of the School's adjunct faculty.
Jim is the co-author with Barry Posner of the award-winning book, The Leadership Challenge: How to Keep Getting Extraordinary Things Done in Organizations, which is now in its second edition (1995) with over one million copies in print. The Leadership Challenge, available in eleven languages, has been a selection of the Macmillan Executive Book Club and the Fortune Book Club. It's the winner of the 1989 James A. Hamilton Hospital Administrators' Book Award and 1995-96 Critics' Choice Award.
