Organizational Behavior
First, I would like to explain organizational behavior. Organizational behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving organizations effectiveness. When working in an environment, it is very important to know organizational behavior skills. The staff and I at the Student Disability Resource Center where I work use some of the challenges and opportunities for organizational behavior such as responding to globalization, managing workforce diversity, and improving in our customer service skills.
Second, is organizational culture it is also known as corporate culture, it is a powerful determinant of employee behavior that plays an important role in success of an organization and the achievement of its mission and goals.
