Everyone has certain qualities or traits that influence one's decisions, which can be either beneficial or detrimental. This is where personal strengths and weaknesses derive from or make each one of us unique. We need to be able to recognize not only our strengths, but also more importantly, our weaknesses. Weaknesses would be the area that we need to ask for help or assistance from others in order to grow and prosper as an individual. Life is a never-ending learning experience. One of the most important lessons we can ever learn from comes from within. As we go through life, it is essential that we learn who we are, and have the ability to recognize and grow from our own personal strengths and weaknesses.
