Observance Aspects of First American's Organizational Culture
An organization's culture will vary from the different types of organizations, which depends on the aspects shown. Organizational culture is the shared beliefs and values that influence the behavior of organization's members (Schermerhorn, Hunt, and Osborn, 2005, p.10). There are four aspects, how communication flows, organizational diversity, dress and language, and technology in which my perception will be addressed at First American Real Estate Tax Services.
