Case Study
Organizations can be compared to a computer. A computer consist of many parts that are responsible for the operation of the entire system. Like a computer, an organization consist of different departments that are responsible for certain jobs. Members that make up the organization are responsible for certain roles like communication with others, and working with others to make sure that the company is running smoothly. In this paper, I will talk about communication, dress and language, and organizational policies and compare them to the company that I work for.
