Group B:Ecom1 Team Charter



This will be a democratic group where all decisions will be discussed and voted on by all members of the group. There will be a group leader that will be responsible for dividing the work, approving of the quality of the work, and will also be responsible for keeping the rest of the group members informed of their exact responsibilities to the group for that week. It will be all of the group members responsibility to make sure that all work is completed by all members. Team member A will make sure that team member B is on schedule for their assignment. As will member B make sure member A is on schedule. As a group we will schedule weekly chats where all members are present to discuss any issue pertaining to the group.
