Abstract

Organizational behavior may show itself differently in Citi Trends, YMCA and Memorial Hospital. We plan to discuss how the economy, customer demands restructuring are affected and how each organization holds to their mission statements.
Organizational behavior is impacted internally and externally in different ways depending on what type of organization it is. In this paper we will discuss three different organizations and how those organizations impact the economy. We will also discuss the mission statement, customer demands and restructuring. Citi Trends is a value priced, family apparel retail store. Internal and external forces can affect the business. The forces I will elaborate on are the organizational mission, restructuring of the company, and the Economy.
