Goals Of A Freshmen
Prior to becoming a student at the University at Buffalo, I did not have any real set of long-term goals for myself. As in "real" goals, I mean goals that I have determinedly tried to fulfill. My future did not mean much to me because I thought I would always be able to rely on my parents as I did until I left for college. Now that I am living independently without my parents, I have realized the importance of knowing what I want for myself futuristically. Therefore, I have set my first long-term goals during the first semester at the University at Buffalo as a business student.
My utmost important goal can be considered a cliché to some people because so many people declare it as their own goal in college. This goal is to achieve a 3.8 GPA and maintain it throughout my entire college life. I decided to set this as my goal because of all the competition I will be facing while looking for a job.
