Four Functions

I really miss my old advisor, SHANEL DURAM! She really was very tentative to my needs and she communicated well. I never had to worry about if taking the right class or she will contact me to make sure I felt comfortable in the classes that I am taking. After she left, I have received the WORST service EVER! Currently, I do not have an advisor that is concerned about my development as a student, neither does the director of the Academic Advisement department. When Shanel left, I received an email from Erika Hilliard on January 7, 2006 that Genia Reynolds-Nooks will be filling in until another advisor is fully trained. One day I sent her an email about my schedule and I needed her to email me back. It took her forever to respond. I had to send two messages for her and Erika Hilliard for Genia to respond to my email.
