It is a definitely disaster in Africa nowadays. Over 2000 million people were killed by HIV/AIDS in Western area. About 2800 million in 4000 million people, have HIV, are living in Africa. HIV/AIDS is expanding rapidly in India, China, and Russia. But it seems like that governments of these three countries do not have countermeasures for HIV/AIDS. Chinese government does not take precautions against HIV/AIDS. They are saying that people who are HIV positive are about 100 millions, and UN thinks that it¡¯s 150 millions, and other HIV experts think that it¡¯s 200 millions. But they have a same opinion that it¡¯s going to be over 1500 millions in 2010 if HIV positive people rate increases 20-30 percent per year. UN announced that expenses for prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS are going to be 105 billion dollars after 3 years and it¡¯s going to keep increasing yearly in the entire world. Global Fund on AIDS, Malaria and TB said that it costs over 30 billion dollars......
