A Deadly Love in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet
In William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet is portrayed a very deep love, a love that rarely exists in modern life. Romeo and Juliet's strong love for one another caused them heartache in their lives. And because of this strong love, they both felt as though they needed each other to be whole or to continue living.
It started off with young Romeo attending a party at the house of the Caplets', the bitter enemies of the Montagues', during Scene 5 of Act 1. There Romeo spotted Juliet, the daughter of Capulet, approached her, and engaged in a very intimate conversation. This began the strong, but deadly, love they shared for one another. What was so ironic was that Romeo and Juliet were both unaware of the feuding between their families at the time.
Later on that night, after Romeo and Juliet had found out that their families weren't very fond of each other, they knew......
